Based upon our initial meeting, we work
with you to make sure you have a thorough and detailed
job description that will attract exactly what you want
and develop an individualized search plan which is
detailed specifically to your industry, needs and
requirements.
3. Implementation
Your individualized search plan is
implemented and you are kept in the loop on all
progress. Through our extensive network, we are able to
confidentially target outstanding candidates.
4. Candidate Screening Process
Once candidates have been identified as
being a potential fit, they go through a telephone
screen and then a face to face in-depth interview to
best learn not only if the candidate can do a good job,
but what their needs are and do the best job making sure
they will be a long term fit for your company.
5. Reference Check
We complete in-depth technical and
behavioral reference checks on the top candidates before
presenting any of them to you. We fully understand that
a candidate’s past experience has a direct correlation
with their future possible performance.
6. Presentation
Once we have identified the top
candidates we provide you with a detailed summary on
each candidate, their availability, salary range, and a
copy of their resumes in an easy to read format for you
to review. All resumes from us will be in the same
format so that it makes it easiest to compare candidates
and for you to find the information you are looking for.
7. Interview Setup - Consultation
We take care of all of the details and
provide you with prompt feedback after from each
candidate after the interview is over.
8. Salary Negotiation
We work with both our clients and
candidates to manage expectations and make sure everyone
is on the same page throughout the entire process. We
know that no one likes surprises when it comes time for
the job offer, through each step of the interview
process we continuously check in and make sure both
parties expectations are being met.
9. Follow-up
On the first day we will walk each
candidate onto the job to make sure the start goes as
smooth as possible, we will then call to follow up the
next day to make sure the first day went as expected,
then again at the end of the first week, and again in
two weeks and finally once a month after that. Our goal
is to build lasting relationships with both our clients
and candidates to best insure a wonderful fit.
